Holy Trinity Diocesan High School, a community of faith, hope and love, has been educating the young men and women of Long Island since 1966. We seek to educate the whole person: mind, heart, soul and body and to motivate all students in the pursuit of academic excellence, preparing them for future educational opportunities and service to the Church and to the world.
Holy Trinity’s mission statement calls on us to be living witnesses to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We celebrate our faith as a family and give all students opportunities to participate in the school’s apostolic mission. From Freshman Faith Day to the Senior LIGHTS program, Holy Trinity students consistently engage in their faith. Daily Mass, retreats, volunteer trips, mission and food drives allow students to both develop and live their faith on a daily basis.
Holy Trinity’s rigorous college preparatory curriculum challenges all students to reach their individual potential in a traditional Catholic setting. At Holy Trinity,
students are recognized for their unique skills, interests and abilities. Their academic programs are developed to both meet their specific needs as well as encourage them to strive for personal excellence. Our curriculum offers students a broad selection of AP and College courses, as well as a diverse array of electives. Our programs in Performing Arts, STEM, and Visual Arts contribute to a well-rounded student population by offering multiple opportunities to engage their creativity, explore new ideas, and promote abstract thinking.
In addition to a challenging academic curriculum, Holy Trinity offers a wide selection of extra-curricular activities and interscholastic athletics. Over 70% of our
students compete on one or more of our 42 freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams. Holy Trinity’s athletic teams provide opportunities for all students to compete and are consistently among the most competitive on Long Island. Our after school programs include a wide range of activities such as Science Olympiad, Cartooning Club, Mock Trial, Yearbook, Volunteer Club, Stage Crew, Music Ministry, World Cultures Club, Jazz Band and many more.
Holy Trinity welcomes all students who seek a challenging academic environment rooted in acceptance and inclusion. We are diverse in our backgrounds, cultures, and learning styles - and it is this diversity that unites our community. We are all Holy Trinity Titans, and we all thrive!
